How does the free trial work?
You get three free prayers over three days. After that, the app will invite you to subscribe to continue daily prayers and unlock audio features.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—cancel directly in the App Store subscription settings before your trial or billing date to avoid charges.

I reinstalled the app—do I lose my prayers?
No—your journal and trial-start date are tied to your Apple ID and will carry over on reinstall.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why isn’t my audio playing?
A: Make sure you’re on a “Pro” plan (monthly or yearly). Check Settings → “Restore Purchases” if you’ve already subscribed.

Q: I’m seeing an error generating my prayer. What now?
A: Check that you’re online, then retry. If it persists, email us a screenshot and your device model.

Q: How long are the prayers?
A: Each prayer is 450–600 words—long enough to guide you into a quiet, embodied space.

Troubleshooting Tips

1. No notifications?

   • On iOS go to Settings → Notifications → Somatic Prayer → Allow Notifications.

2. App crashes on launch?

   • Update to the latest iOS (we require 16.0+).

   • Force-quit and relaunch the app.

3. Audio won’t download?

   • Check your Internet connection.

   • In the app, navigate to the prayer and tap “Play Audio” again.

Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy:

• No tracking or analytics beyond crash reporting.

• Your prayers and sacred words stay on your device unless you explicitly share them.
